I visited the Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas in August 2003 during my honeymoon. At that point, the Harc Rock Cafe itself was located within the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. However, there are now the 2 distinct locations – the Cafe reopened September 5th 2009 (as the Montreal Hard Rock Cafe was closing). The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino has been around since 1995. I remember we ate there and had a Rum Runner cocktail which was slushy compared to the same I’d had over at the Treasure Island Hotel & Casino where we were staying. Continue reading

My in-laws made a wonderful trip last September 2011. They followed an organised trip through Russia visiting St-Petersburg and Moscow while passing through Munich, Germany. I visited Chicago in early October 2011 as I began my new job as Vice-President of IAB Canada by attending the annual Borrell Local Mobile Advertising Conference. Cette succursale de la chaîne qui me passionne tant est un mélange de deux genres. The majority or Hard Rock Cafe restaurants are dark and subdued, often closed or tight spaces (usually a consequence of downtown locations). This one is a little on the dark side, but very vast aid airy, like the stage room at the Times Square location or the Foxwoods Hard Rock Cafe. This location boasts a stage (as you’ll see below) for bands to play, like in New York, Punta Cana and many other places. Please also checkout my recent post on the Hard Rock Hotel in Chicago.
