Many people have consulted my previous post about this and rely on some of these rules to get the most out of their Foursquare experience. However, Foursquare recently changed a few check-in rules and have thus changed the game a little.
Last year I published a similar post (2010 Predictions – want more?), one of my most read last year, so I decided to repeat this year. I also invite you to revisit last year’s post to see what’s actually come true or not. On Thanksgiving weekend (in Canada it was 8-11 October 2010) we took a trip to Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson New Jersey, and since we were so close (1 hour 15 minutes) we decided to go the extra mile so to speak and visit Atlantic City on a very warm Saturday afternoon. We, as a family, cannot visit a new city without visiting its Hard Rock Cafe, so we had supper there.
More and more tourism offices worldwide are using Foursquares to encourage local citizens and tourists in discovering their neck of the woods, their specialties.
